Large king size bed along with mini fridge, coffee and coffee pot, YouTube tv, Netflix, microwave for use. There is no kitchen in this space. Washer and dryer available. Parking inside or out, with garage remote available. Mike and Eileen are onsite host and hostess! 2 miniaussiepoos too! Welcome to our home. We live on a culdesac with an incline so winter months can be a challenge if we get more than 3 inches of snow or any amount of ice. There is no kitchen in this space, so long term stays may not work for you if need to prepare meals. This is a bedroom/bath suite in lower level in our home. There is a mini fridge with water provided and coffee and coffee pot, cups, creamer, sugar. Also a microwave if needing to reheat or cook anything. Popcorn and bowl for snacking. A couple of bowls and plates and silverware too for use for small, in room meals. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower with seat, towels, blow dryer and a few personal items. We also provide ironing board and iron too. We usually have our guests meet us at the front door, but show you keypad to garage door and code. We help with luggage, if needed, to go down a flight of stairs to lower level and to suite. Can then come and go as needed through garage door. We live on a culdesac with a bit of an incline so in winter months it can be a challenge if we get more than 3 inches of snow. we will keep driveway clear but have to wait to have street cleared by City of Coralville. Please call Mike or Eileen when arrive and will introduce ourselves. From there you can come and go as you wish. We live in the upper part of home but you will be using lower guest bedroom. Across the hall is our Ardella, 89 years young and happy to meet new people too! We are happy to give directions or recommend restaurants or anything that helps you to get around the area. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with many, many things offered nearby. We love the peace and quiet of Shropshire Circle as deer and wildlife live nearby. We have 4 other homes in our culdesac with professional people in every home. In spring you can stroll down the hill to a city maintained pond with benches and wildlife and great walking trails. Love this neighborhood! Very scenic views like a Swiss chalet. No city landscape here. Best to get around by car, but uber and taxis nearby and also many, many bike paths! Just 4 miles to downtown Iowa City and Kinick Stadium for football. Coralville has a new arena with designate pickleball courts and basketball and eventually hockey! The University of Iowa downtown campus is just 3 miles away and Hospital is 4. There are stairs from inside but also a patio door if needed from out side. We do not provide meals as Iowa City, Coralville and North Liberty all have much better food choices 24 hours a day. There is a great coffee shop called Press Coffee in the neighborhood too! There is Perkins, Ihop and Bluebird Diner or The Encounter too, all good breakfast spots!!!
