Situated 8 miles from downtown Minneapolis and 4 miles from University of Minnesota St. Paul Campus, this room offers a conducive environment where guests can relax and feel at home. Very close to bars and restaurants in the area. Access only in the room but not in the family living room. To access and use the family living room, a request must be sent to the owner for approval. Can access family room in the basement neighbor 50” TV, with approval from the owner. I am available and can interact with guests. Quiet place and very close to shopping and entertainment center. Easy access to and Very close to the main highway. The guest will have an exclusive use and access of the bathroom located in the basement during his/her stay. No one uses the bathroom but the guest(s). The bathroom is not connected to the room but is connected to the family room. The guest essentially can use the entire basement, which Includes the family room, with approval or arrangement with the owner.
