First, I’d like to mention this is located in a QUIET neighborhood. I don't rent out for big, loud parties. If that's what you're looking for, this is not the place for you. I like to keep peace with the neighbors! Moving on. This little cottage is just minutes from several forest preserves, the Chain O’ Lakes, Great America or Wilmot Mountain. 30 minutes to Great Lakes Naval Base & less than an hour to Lake Geneva, Chicago or Milwaukee. Plenty of restaurants, & grocery stores. 30 day minimum There are sleeping accommodations for up to 5 people, but this is a small house and it is set up to accommodate 4 people. The kitchen table seats 4. The living room has a couch and 2 chairs. Extra folding chairs are on the premises to accommodate the extra guests. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a daybed with a trundle. The daybed can be used as a single, 2 singles, or pop up the trundle and it can be used as a king size bed. The living room has a sleeper couch. The entire home Owner lives about 10 minutes from the property if special needs arise. Quiet neighborhood with neighborhood beach access to Cedar Lake down the street. Housing consists primarily of small, older cottages. 20 minutes to the expressway which will take you to Chicago or Milwaukee. Five minutes from the Lake Villa train station, which will take you straight to Union Station Monday through Friday. If you need to take a train during the weekend, the Round Lake Train Station is about 15 minutes from the property. Listed price is for 4 guests. $25.00 per night for each additional guest. Premises does not have cable. There is internet which guests seem satisfied with as they use alternatives such as Netflix; Amazon, Hulu, etc
