Finch Guest House BnB is a stately, older home in Broadalbin NY with a lot of history. It offers a standard bedroom with queen bed and private bath; AC, dvd player, WiFi. Your stay includes a Continental Breakfast and use of swimming pool and plenty of amenities. Access to sun porch and picnic tables and other common areas. If you like more space there is also a Master Suite listed with a luxury bathroom. Extra bedding is available for families. This is a beautiful older home with a lot of history. It is situated on 3 acres of secluded property, but is easily accessible. Quiet and peaceful. The guest room has a very nice tile bathroom and the queen bed sleeps 2. Accommodations can be made available for a 3rd person/child. Guests have access to the swimming pool, outdoor porches, picnic tables, 2nd floor sun porch, snacks and beverages in the dining room mini frig. I usually have interaction with guests during breakfast and in the evening when they return from a day out. I am available off and on throughout the day. The neighborhood is family oriented and quiet. The village is within walking distance and has all necessary provisions, groceries, gift shops, cafe, etc. There are many year-round activities and attractions in the area. Close to Great Sacandaga Lake. Saratoga Racetrack is only 35 minutes away. Pricing includes 8% sales tax and 4%occupancy tax. Room rates also reflect peak season and off season pricing.
