Lovely master bedroom suite with a jetted large bathtub in an centrally located area in Little Rock! This master suite is separate and private. It also has a separate entrance from the main house. This home is a 6+bedroom 3 bath house that is in the Otter Creek subdivision of Little Rock. The house is conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes away from ALL of Little Rock's major attractions. This is a great place for individuals traveling for buisness; such as, traveling nurses, medical facility residents, laborers, those visiting family at the Little Rock Air Force Base, those needing a place near any of the major hospitals or sites, those coming into town for a concert, or those looking to come into Little Rock and live like a local. This is a private room, in shared home, not a hotel. Therefore, you may hear us in the home, we may cross paths coming and going, etc. This room is furnished with a new bed, mattresses, linen, pillows, table, chairs, coffee maker and microwave. You will have access to the master bedroom, which is like a larger hotel room or studio just without a kitchen but with a JETTED TUB! In the room is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Guests will have access to the first floor level only, to include only the master bedroom. Guests will enter the property through the garage by using a keyless entry pad. This space is separate from the main house and is divided by a portable wall. You will have access to Wi-Fi and basic local tv channels. You are more than welcome to bring your own streaming device or gaming console to hook up to the TV or use your streaming accounts. You will have reserved parking for 1 car or truck in the driveway. There is NO street parking. This space is not suitable for trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, etc. We would also like you to know that we are taking extra steps to ensure our space is clean, sanitized and safe before welcoming you. This includes an over thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire space especially frequent/high touch areas, all linen is washed in hot water, bleach and or laundry sanitizer and the cycle is ran twice, to include spacing out reservations so there are at a minimum of 48 hours apart. So you can rest assure that the space you enter is safe! In addition, we are following the recommendations from the CDC and AIRBNB on the cleaning and sanitation of the space. Assigned parking on the right side of driveway for one vehicle. Entry through the garage. Due to covid19 we are practicing social distancing and safety. We will limit most if not all contact. I will always be available by phone or the Airbnb app. If I am not physically available we do have someone that can be on-site in less than 30 minutes in case of emergency. Please reach out to us on the Airbnb app for the fastest response time. The home is on the Otter Creek subdivision of Little Rock. This is a quiet older community. We are 3 miles or less from the Outlets of Little Rock, restaurants, Dave and Busters, a golf course, go karts, Wal-Mart shopping center, movie theater, etc. Coin Wash Laundry is in the Stagecoach Plaza which is on the corner of Stagecoach and Baseline (next to Latino’s Tax Service, M&G Insurance Agency and Phillips 66 Gas Station). They are open everyday from 7am-9pm. Some sites: Downtown Little Rock (11 miles) Downtown Little Rock offers a full range of activities from restaurants to movies, breweries and a distillery, the Traveller's baseball stadium, the Verizon Arena for concerts and shows, the River Market, and tons of other options for your downtime. Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site (10 miles) Little Rock Central High School (LRCHS) is an accredited comprehensive public high school in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The school was the site of forced desegregation in 1957 after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that segregation of public schools was unconstitutional three years earlier. This is the site of the Little Rock 9. Pinnacle Mountain State Park (17 miles) Just west of Arkansass capital city of Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain stands as the centerpiece of this geographically diverse state park. This day-use park offers a variety of outdoor adventure on the Big and Little Maumelle Rivers, in the Arkansas Arboretum, and along over 15 miles of trails including 7 miles of challenging mountain bike trails. Hike to the top, explore the rivers, or take in one of the many interpretive programs offered by park staff. Visit the park visitor center, enjoy a picnic, or reserve a pavilion for a larger gathering. Little Rock Zoo (10 miles) The Little Rock Zoo was founded in 1926 and is located in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. It is home to more than 725 animals representing over 200 species, and covers an area of 33 acres (13 ha). The Arkansas Zoological Foundation is a private 501 c (3) organization that raises funds for zoo development. William J. Clinton Presidential Center (13 miles) The William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park, located on the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock, Arkansas, attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world to its grounds each year. Opened in 2004, the Center is home to the Little Rock offices of the Clinton Foundation, the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. Big Dam Bridge (14 miles) Originally intended to be called Murray Bridge, the Big Dam Bridge in Arkansas spans the Arkansas River and Murray Lock and Dam between Little Rock and North Little Rock and is open only to pedestrian and bicycle traffic. ... It rises to 90 feet (27 m) over the Arkansas River and 30 feet (9.1 m) over the dam.' Little Rock Air Force Base (26 miles) It is 15 miles north of Little Rock. Little Rock Air Force Base is the home of the 19th Airlift Wing. Two tenant units, the 314th Airlift Wing and the 189th Airlift Wing (Arkansas Air National Guard) report to Air Education and Training Command. Little Rock is a very small city so Uber rides are fairly cheap. If you have your own vehicle we are really close to the Riverfront, hospitals, bars, restaurants, historical sites and a few of the local hiking trails. There is 1 dog on the premises that will be on the property. Guests will not have contact with the dog.
