Two blocks from the North Central Trail, quaint shops and restaurants. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just a stones throw from the lake. We have paid attention to every detail because this is our cottage too - we are just happy to share it with you. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We are super clean and super easy going! We also have great wifi and a workspace, just in case you cant unplug completely. A nice flat screen smart TV is available with Roku for you to stream with your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. **UPDATE: Daybreak cottage will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest using procedures safe for both our cleaners and renters.** The entire cottage and yard is yours to enjoy during your stay. We are always available via phone or text! Family and friends nearby if something comes up that you need extra help with. We are "nest-enabled" so your check in will be easy-peasy! Daybreak cottage is two blocks up the hill from Mullett Lake, nestled between two other homes and backed by state land. Topinabee is a lovely historic village - the only town on famous Mullett Lake! In the winter, prepare for some amazing ice fishing or bring your snowmobiles to enjoy the North Central Trail. In the summer, bring your bikes or your boat for a trip on the Inland Waterway. Plenty of room to park your trailer in the driveway, and the public boat launch is literally a two minute drive. Just 5 minutes to Indian River, 15 to Cheboygan, 25 minutes to Mackinac City, 40 to Petoskey. Our cottage is the perfect hub for your northern Michigan vacation in every season! The neighborhood is SO quiet - enjoy sunrise views through the trees over Mullett Lake and all nature has to offer. You can find everything you need in Topinabee - a gas station, restaurant, bar, pizza place, grocery store with an amazing selection of wine and craft beers and ciders. Just a short drive to Indian River and Cheboygan - tons of restaurants, bars and shops - so much more! There is a Walmart and hospital too, just in case. :) We've tried to think of everything to make your stay easy and comfortable - from high quality bedding and towels to shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in the shower plus all you need in the kitchen to make a nice meal.
