An open field on the other side of the house is suitable for Wiffle ball, kite flying, Frisbee tossing, football and badminton. The property is a 5 minute drive to Germantown, home to Otto's Market and Germantown Variety, as well as the popular Gaskin's Restaurant. It is also a short drive to Hudson, Tivoli, Red Hook, Bard College and the Catskills. If you are looking for a quiet place to spread out and relax, this is it.
