Our spacious guest apartment is just what the tired antique shopper or bike rider needs after a long day. Enjoy a full kitchen, comfy beds, and beautiful quiet country setting. Spacious, comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath, guest apartment located 3 miles south of La Grange, TX. Perfect for Round Top/Warrenton Antiques Festivals, spring and fall. King bed, and a pull out queen sofa sleeper, high speed internet, satellite TV, covered parking, fully furnished with kitchen dishes, pans, linens, towels, W/D. Two adults will be very comfortable here, more than this will be doable, but cozy. Quiet rural setting, very private. No pets, no smoking. We will consider a single person who wishes to rent on a week by week basis due to a local temporary assignment or antiques fair dealer couple. (Weekly rate) Entire apartment and patio is reserved for our guests. Guests are welcome to explore the flower gardens. We are happy to provide restaurant, shopping and back road maps. Quiet country setting. You may encounter deer, armadillos, roadrunners, rabbits, etc. Plenty of room for parking more than one vehicle and space for trailers. We can provide you with a map to get you to and from Round Top on back roads to avoid the traffic snarls at peak times. :-)
