Welcome to our modern contemporary cozy comfy suite. This newly built suite is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Has a private entrance, plenty of street parking. Please note parking is on the street, & a fairly steep driveway/walk to the entrance. Water & Mountain views. Suite has 1 bedroom, compatible to 2 guests. You also have a full bathroom & full kitchen. Cozy living room & a covered patio to sit outside & enjoy your morning tea/coffee. Suited best for two & you have it all to yourselves! This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, we live on premises upstairs with our small dogs. This is not a hotel, but our home. Not suitable for children , or people with disabilities, may be difficult getting up the sloped driveway to the entrance. PLEASE READ OUR HOUSE RULES BEFORE/AFTER BOOKING: - 5 minute walk to hiking trails - 5 min drive downtown Ladysmith. - 10 mins from Nanaimo airport - transfer beach park 5 minute drive - 29 min to Duke Point ferry terminal - 34 min to Departure Bay ferry terminal - 8 minute drive to Chemainus murals - 20 minutes from Duncan / Nanaimo to drive The entire downstairs ensuite and the covered patio outside of the ensuite. We live above this self contained suite. Self check in - private space. Pretend we aren't here! We won't bother you, yet should there be a problem, we're a text and a staircase away! We are a quiet household , however we have two small dogs that you may hear tip tapping on the kitchen floor. They are generally quiet but they are triggered by neighbourhood cats ! Come to Ladysmith, and enjoy the quiet and the views! Quiet residential street. Cul de Sac, no through traffic. Ocean and mountain views. Hiking trails in our backyard. Driving is best. No local public transport or uber. There are taxi services, and there is a shuttle bus to Nanaimo & Duncan, but only once per day. The closest walk is a 15 minute walk to small strip mall with a gas station, car wash, grocery store, (save -on has a Starbucks) pharmacy, a McDonalds/Dairy Queen, sushi, pizza available. The driveway is fairly steep, parking is at the bottom of driveway near or on the street.
