This beautifully updated three bedroom, two bathroom ranch on 3+ acres is surrounded by mountain wilderness. The VAST trail can be accessed right off the property. You are only a few steps away from incredible skiing/boarding, hiking, fishing, swimming, road cycling. There are over twenty miles of biking/hiking trails next to our house. This home offers open living room with hard wood floors, dining area, kitchen with large island, family room, gas stove, mudroom/laundry area. Our house exudes warmth and is really cozy but will give each guest space to get away if needed. The whole house and property is yours to use and enjoy. I am available by phone or through text. We also have a property manager in case of any emergency or issues with the house. Belmont is the quintessential small New England town. There are monthly family-style suppers served in the local hall and the town has many weekend activities. On New Years Eve they have ice skating on the lake and fireworks. The Belmont General Store is the center of social communications and they have great food. There are snowmobiling trails adjacent to our property and hiking/snowshoeing trails. Ludlow is just ten minutes from the house. And we are surrounded by many great small towns. The roads around Belmont are fantastic for road biking and there are a ton of mountain biking trails including at Okemo and Killington. You can call or email us about the area.
