The main level of the home features an open living concept, including Kitchen, Dining and Living area. A large wall of windows and glass french doors open to a large deck with beautiful water views of the sound below. Here, you'll enjoy outdoor dining with a table and seating for 6 and a Stainless Steel BBQ grill as well as the relaxing views. A well-equipped kitchen for cooking in: You'll find the kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments, and quality cookware for guests to prepare meals in the home during their stay. Granite countertops with bar-style seating opposite the kitchen sink and Fridigaire Gallery Series stainless appliances make this kitchen a cook's dream. The "little extras" will help make your use of the kitchen enjoyable, including a quality knife set for the most discerning cooks. Coffee, Tea or Specialty Drinks - your choice: In addition to the teapot and 12-cup Mr. Coffee maker, we also afford our guests the luxury of crafting their own cafe-style drinks with the Starbucks Barista Espresso machine. We supply a coffee grinder as well as whole espresso beans (located in the freezer) in addition to a few flavorings during your stay. The Master Suite: The Master suite is located on the main level living and features an en-suite master bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bathroom features dual vanities with granite countertops and a large, modern porcelain tile shower with rolling glass doors. The Recreation Room: The lower level opens to the spacious recreation room featuring a large sectional sofa for enjoying the 65" Television streaming services from Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime Video, as well as a foosball table for entertainment. Guests will find the Hot Tub located just off the lower recreation room. A perfect place to rejuvenate or relax. The Guest Suites: The two guest suites are both featured on the lower level, opposite sides of the recreation room for privacy. Each offers king-sized beds, two nightstands, each with LED bedside lights and quality linens for guests to enjoy. While we live full time on the island and are available as needed, we have our vacation rentals set up with full access to guests without direct interaction needed to allow guests to come and go as they please. We utilize a keyless entry system with time-activated codes during your stay so there's no need to keep track of keys or do a key exchange. We also provide a robust welcome book in the home that covers the various amenities. This home is located in the desirable Rosario Resort community. Just minutes to Moran State Park's entrance or the front door of the Moran Mansion at Rosario Resort to take advantage of spa services and dining, the location couldn't be more convenient. The home is only a short drive to the main town (Eastsound, less than 5 miles away) where you'll find quaint shops and fantastic restaurants. Most guests travel by car in the San Juan Islands. 1) + $175 cleaning fee per stay added to your nightly reservation. 2) Airbnb collects and remits all sales & lodging Tax for the State of Washington on behalf of hosts. 3) We are a dog-friendly home with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay. We can accommodate up to 2 dogs per stay. Must be 1 yr old, spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations and on flea/tick treatment.
