This little Old Hillsdale Cottage was built in the 1850's, rehabbed in 2017 retaining as many original features as possible, antique wood floors, woodwork, cedar siding, stone foundation. At the same time, it was upgraded to include more modern features for comfort. Fully furnished ,2 Bedrooms with double beds & 1 sofa so could sleep 5 Great location too, 3 blocks from Hospital, 4 blocks from downtown, and 4 Blocks from the Fairgrounds You will have the entire first floor duplex consisting of : 2 Cozy bedrooms, a compact bathroom with shower, a just big enough living room, nice size kitchen and a shared sunporch. Your complete kitchen includes refrig, stove, Keurig and Microwave. Also Included 43" Smart TV , and WiFi. You will have access to the entire lower floor of the cottage, also sunporch and yard. I will be always available to answer questions or respond to requests. I love socializing with my guests, but I understand that they are here for their own reasons, and not to keep me company, so I try to keep a low profile and give my guests their space unless I am invited to socialize. My favorite thing to do near this house is to visit the Fairgrounds on a Saturday morning, and its only 3-4 blocks from this house. You can shop for local produce, and visit antique and flea market booths, mingle with the locals, and pet the farm animals. Be sure to get there around 8:30 Am so you can scope out your favorite treasures on the fairgrounds before the auction begins at 9Am. its very exciting to watch, even more exciting to bid! This house is located 3-4 blocks south of downtown Hillsdale and 3-4 blocks north of Hillsdale Hospital, and about 3 blocks south of center of town. ideal location if you work in town or at the hospital. Also within walking distance of Davis Middle School. Taller people ( over 6 feet) may find the beds too short, or not enough legroom in bathroom.
