This 1,800 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including a cool loft inspired private studio space on the lower level. THINGS YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT OUR SPACE: -Beautiful and serene South Eugene neighborhood with deer, hawk and wild turkey sightings. - Private fenced backyard - 10 minutes or less to U of O, downtown, hiking, running trails, shopping, Hendricks park, Mathew Knight Arena. THINGS TO CONSIDER: -We ask that you don't use the driveway as it is steep and may be difficult for some to maneuver. However, there is plenty of street parking which is really easier to use. - There are steep stairs walking down to the front door. We created a gravel and paver path through the front yard. However, it is not ideal for those with mobility issues. Please look at the last few pictures to make sure you are okay with the pathway. - We are in a neighborhood, so we ask that you please respect noise after 10:00. - Our cleaners do an excellent job; however, our home is dog friendly so there may be a few random hairs around. If this is something that will bother you, this may not be the best choice. Dogs are welcome! We will provide a dog goodie box filled with towels, water and food dishes, and waste bags. A few guidelines: Please pick up after your dog, no pets on furniture and please do not leave your pet unattended as you will be responsible for any accidental damage.
