Comfortably located in the Garden District (residential neighborhood of Milwaukee) less than a 5 minute drive from airport, local coffee shops, and restaurants—about 10 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee. Travel nurses/medical and IT professionals welcome! Amenities: Kitchen includes: dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, towels, bed linens, heat, hot water, free parking on premises, iron, hangers, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer. Private entrance. TV in living room with access to Netflix/Hulu. WiFi included. Yard is fenced in and private. Animals: We do allow both dogs and cats in the unit with guests. We clean diligently, however, If you have pet allergies, you may want to find another place. Parking: There is an alleyway entrance and off street parking during your stay. Parking is accommodated with a parking slab next to garage. Street parking is by permit only. Entrance & Check In: Enter through the fence gate in front or in back. Motion detected lights are throughout yard. There is a side door entrance with a keypad. Go up the stairs, for a second keypad. We will give you your own unique four digit code at booking. Washer/dryer: While we don’t have a washer/dryer on site, we do have a laundromat within a block of the home. Information is provided in our home manual. Conveniently located in the Garden District, next to hip Bay View. A few blocks from I-94, less than a mile from Airport, and a 10 minute drive from downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan. Easy access to the Milwaukee County Transit's "Green Line”, running about every 25 minutes. The "15" bus route takes you to the heart of Bay View, Walkers Point, and Downtown Milwaukee. We are active within the Milwaukee community, gaming, and enjoy interacting with you as much or as little as you need.
