Cozy bnb room. Close to NYC!

My place is fairly close to New York city about 30 miles away. A quiet neighborhood.Our yard has wooded trees and garden. A nice deck to sit out on if you want. Close to wegmans and many surrounding restaurants. We are about a half hour away to Woodbury commons premium outlets. Lyndhurst mansion not to far away, over in Tarrytown. This is a private cozy fairly big room with Queen bed and TV,comfortable chair. With a shared bathroom. The host lives downstairs and we use the upstairs bedrooms for our airbnb. We have three rooms for listing. Private entry way with entire second floor and a deck space. Need to go up deck stairs to enter and access bedrooms. The host will meet the guests and available any time to assist if needed We live downstairs and our upstairs is dedicated to our bnb guests . Food choices within 1-3 miles, Japeness, Chinese, American, Mexican, Italian, Greek, Irish Etc.. over 20 restaurants near by. New Jersey train station-1 mile 4 Grocery stores, 1-3 miles 3 Banks-1 mile Many restaurants-0-2 miles Costco-5 miles Garden state mall-5 miles We have a nice deck to sit out on and you are always welcome to sit out in the garden too. Enjoy nature and the birds. We have security camera in the public area of the premises to ensure the safety of our guests.
