Long-term Guest Apartment - month to month

2 bedroom 900 sq ft guest apartment above detached garage on 5 oak filled acres. The apartment has one queen, one double size bed, and a full kitchen. Close to town, many local wineries, the American river, and the Red Hawk casino. Sorry, but the garage is not available to our guests. Also, the refrigerator is not connected to a water source so the ice maker does not work. If you want ice you'll need to buy it on the way here. We live in the main house. If you need anything you can text me or just come knock on the door. If something isn't working like you think it should please ask us; it's likely a simple fix. We want you to love staying here. All the homes in our neighborhood are on 5 acre lots so you feel like you're out in the country. Feel free to take a walk or jog around. All of our neighbors are very nice. If you pass a car on our road they will almost certainly wave hello.
