Renovated lake home. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with screened porch and new deck plus a dock with screened hut. Perfect for any type of getaway. Beautiful lakefront setting with dock and screened hut for fishing. The lake is spring fed and drains into a canal that leads to the St. Johns River. The deed-restricted neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The home has recently been updated with synthetic wood flooring throughout and offers lots of open space. Step out from the home onto the large screened porch that leads to a deck in the backyard, all overlooking the beautiful spring-fed lake. Lots of closet space inside as well as two open sheds (no doors) in the back yard for storing bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, motorcycles or any other toys you may decide to bring to enjoy during your vacation. A boat dock is available on the connected river canal on the other side of the levy. Please let us know if you have a boat and are interested in using the dock. Guests will have access to the entire home, carport, yard, dock, fish hut, and open sheds. There is one small utility room inside the house that is locked and used by the owner for storing vacation rental supplies. A tie up at a dock on the other side of the levy is also available. Please let us know if you are interested in the dock for your boat while you visit. Host is only a phone call away and Co-host is right in the neighborhood. This is a quiet waterfront deed restricted community with two spring-fed lakes and a canal leading into the beautiful St. John River. The house is located on a private lake full of fish with nearby access to the St John River, and two salt springs! There is a public boat ramp four miles away toward Welaka and another one in Welaka. You will need a vehicle to get around in the area. A boat would also be good. However, there are places nearby to rent boats! Sorry, Dogs are no longer allowed except service animals. Please be respectful if you are bringing a service dog. Bring the dog bed and/or crate with you. Do not leave the dog at the home unattended. Sweep up hair before you leave. Check for any messes left by the dog throughout the home and yard. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. Nature is amazing! Please note this property is on a lake and beside a Saint John River canal so there may be bugs and dust around different times of the year. Also turkeys, alligators, osprey, eagles, sandhill cranes, and a host of other birds and/or animals. If you have any special requests or special occasions to celebrate please let us know. We will try our best to fulfill your needs within your budget.
