Cottage get-away-perfect for Holiday Stays!

Enchanting "cottage" in Lake Orion-convenient to Auburn Hills, Great Lakes Crossing, DTE Music, 45 min to Detroit. Welcome! This fabulous cottage was a few days from being torn down when we rescued it. Completely renovated from top to bottom, this beauty was rebuilt specifically to be for our guests. Central heat and air, refinished hardwood floors, two of the most comfortable beds you will ever sleep in and a unique design that will be sure to keep this one in your memory for a long time. The house is available to you, because we don't need it, at the moment, for our own family. You are welcome to the whole house. Please respect any locked doors or personal property:) And nothing int the house is "to-go", we like our things and hope for them to stay right where they are We like to make sure you have everything you need, but also your space. This home is located on a city street and has neighbors on both sides. There is only parking for the occupants that are renting (2 car max). If you seek crickets, this is not it. (we do have a 5 acre estate just min from here for that). You can easily walk to Starbucks and it is a short walk to downtown Lake Orion We take great pride in our homes. Due to Covid shortages, we do not supply paper towel. Also, we do not provide coffee (Starbucks is across the street) We ask guests to be honest in booking information regarding number of occupants and pets (they aren't invited to this one, sorry). We strive for all 5 star reviews and want to give you one in return. House rules are posted online and also at the home. No commercial use of space, no filming, no photos without written permission Our cleaning fee goes directly to our cleaning team and is for flipping linens and general cleaning. (Anything above and beyond/spills, dishes left in sink, dirty oven, stove, refrigerator will be charged to you accordingly) WE ARE A CHEMICAL FREE PROPERTY what this means is we do not use pesticides or harsh cleaning chemicals. This home is located across from the lake. Insects love the water -you may see some guests from nature pop-in. One or two is expected -if you see an entire army -let us know :)
