Country Two Bedroom Apartment with full breakfast

A ground floor, two bedroom apartment in host's house. Full breakfast provided. Located in New York's scenic Hudson Valley and convenient to Hudson, the Berkshires, the Catskills, Saratoga, Albany, Troy and more. Full kitchen, separate dining room, private covered patio(with outdoor furniture and BBQ). Access to 23 acres of open and wooded property. Well behaved dogs are welcome($15 additional, payable at check in). Limit 2 and must be leashed. Located minutes off of I-90, I-87, Taconic Parkway. Rural setting on 23 acres of woods and fields. Small farm with horses, dog, and cat. A breakfast of a frittata, sweet bread and/or muffins will be provided (most dietary requests can be accommodated ). There is a coffee maker and the refrigerator is stocked with juice, milk, butter and jam. Kitchen: -Keurig -Oven and Stove -Full refrigerator -Dishwasher -Plates, silverware, cookware Bedrooms -Queen sized beds -Linens will be provided Bathroom -Large shower and tub(step up) -Towels provided -Shampoo and Conditioner provided There will be a TV with access to Netflix and other streaming platforms. Free Wifi is available. All hardwood or tile floors. -Access to 23 acres for relaxing country walks -In season some access to garden -Private furnished patio with BBQ Hosts will be available as you need by text or phone. We live above the apartment so you may hear us walking around but we are generally quiet. When you arrive we will meet you to give the keys and a quick tour. We are always available for a chat! This area has seen an explosion of incredible(and in some cases, world class dining). From Farm to Table, great brewpubs, burger joints to famous chefs. There are also plenty of cultural meccas in the region (The Schoolhouse in Kinderhook, Mass MOCA, Clark Collection, galleries of Hudson) and places of historical significance (Martin Van Buren House, Saratoga Racetrack). Too many to name but plenty to keep you occupied for a vacation week! Great local walks and not far from some terrific hiking. Car is necessary, no nearby public transit We do provide car park on a concrete pad but there is an unpaved walkway to the apartment. Sensible shoes are recommended. We do our best to promptly clear snow from our driveway and walkways in the winter time. You are responsible for clearing snow from your vehicle and likely will be asked to move your vehicle to facilitate snow removal.
