The VT Lakehouse is 1500 sq ft with two bedrooms, one bath and a large game room with a full size pool table. Built in 2007 it features an open kitchen and living room with a knotty pine cathedral ceiling and unobstructed views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. The first floor has Corian counters, a dishwasher, with hardwood floors and tiled bathroom, both bedrooms are carpeted. A large deck with grill is right through the sliding door, overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain. Downstairs is a large game room facing the lake with a pool table, couches and laundry facilities. Stone patios and a private dock right outside the lower level provide fishing, boating and swimming a few feet from the door. Amenities include internet Wi-Fi, cable TV, phone, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, bed linens, towels and all kitchen essentials. The Lakehouse is pet friendly, but you will be responsible for any damage caused by your pet.
