1930's cottage with spectacular views. Fully stocked and situated on a stretch of Upper Delaware river rapids near Narrowsburg NY. Heat/AC system, fireplace, solo stove, barbecue and porch. There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, rafting, tubing, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax. This is an arts and crafts period bungalow, perfect for a rural getaway. A great place to relax, cook, make a fire and take a break from busy life. Huge windows with river, mountain and views of 7 acres of nature. There is a patio with a gas grill and woodshed stocked with split wood for winter fires. One bedroom with queen bed and the other with full bed. Airbed or couch available too. Wifi, hot water, fireplace, heating, fridge, stove, fresh linens, fresh towels, coffee maker, pots/pans, cutlery, knives and lots more provided. Property has river access, patio with table and chairs with views. 4 person raft with life jackets/ oars, 3 kayaks, 1 canoe, inner tubes are available, weather/ river conditions permitting as well as my schedule. Board games, bocce, croquette, fishing rods, fishing tackle and sleds are available. I stay in another home on the same property unless I have a photo shoot in NYC. Im always available to help by phone, text or in person. Most of the time I will meet you and help you get settled into the cottage. On rare occasions I can't be there to meet you but it is best if you arrive during daylight hours. Cottage is located between the Narrowsburg, NY and Barryville. Car is easiest way of getting here. Narrowsburg is 7 miles North on Route 97, Barryville is 5 miles South on Route 97. Ski Big Bear, Lackawaxen PA is 15 minutes away. Original Woodstock location in Bethal, NY is nearby on Route 17B. Callicoon is a great old town about 25 minutes north on Route 97. Lots to do in the Catskills and Pocono regions nearby.
