One hundred and forty year old home in the town of the "Great One"! Newly renovated!! Keyless entry...Private dining room, livingroom, separate bedroom, beautiful kitchen and bathroom. This space is clean and fresh! ( an extra bedroom and bathroom in the house are available as well $) a great mix of the old with the new, antiques, vintage and modern mixed with the right amount of sparkle. Just about a chandelier in every room! Please use any of the ingredients in the kitchen with your food prep. This unique space gives you close access to local post secondary institutions, casino, shopping, Sanderson Center, restaurants, and sporting facilities. Its perfect for one couple or single. We do have a second mini suite in our home for additional fee if available to add to this suite for the entire house. Main suite is completely private and self contained. Entertaining or relaxing in elegance is the main theme in this century home Your privacy is important to us and you can interact with or as little as you wish. We make sure you are our priority and will do all we can to make your stay wonderful. This is our primary residence but the suite is completely self contained we only share the initial entrance. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is gorgeous with porcelain tiles on the floor, quartz countertops. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. Kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you could ever need for preparing meals. If you dont feel like cooking there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. Marg Ann is a trained chef...we can be hired to provide a beautiful meal while u r staying in our home!! We do not have a coffee maker however we do have an excellent coffee press. All basics and then some are provided and please make yourself at home! This is our home with an air bnb suite as well as an extra bedroom and private bathroom available for an extra fee on the upper level. There is a backyard patio with a bbq. A full kitchen and Diningroom. The washer and dryer are usually available to guests depending on bookings. (Laundry facilities are in the second bathroom) Please do not hesitate to text us at anytime. We are here to make your stay with us enjoyable. Your privacy is important to us, you can interact with or as little as you wish. We can also provide extra services such as grocery shopping and even meal preparation. As much or as little privacy as you wish....please enjoy our home! Brantford is known as a great hockey town. It also has many post secondary institutions. Whether its a quick bite, fine dining, casino or shopping we have it all. Close to local gems like Paris and many trails as well as the over 100 waterfalls in Hamilton. Perfect location to relax whether for work or just a safe and quiet getaway Car is the easiest to come to our home, however there is public transportation. There is free parking on the street. We are literally 5 mins to the highway.....easy access This suite can be added to a second bedroom if needed!! Our chef and meal prep and grocery shopping ahead of your arrival is available for an additional fee. Mid stay cleaning is also available.
