Pacific Overlook has unbelievable panoramic views of Winema beach, 10 minutes south of Pacific City & 10 minutes north of Neskowin. No need to plan around the Oregon Coast’s temperamental weather patterns -- enjoy ocean views on the deck or from the warmth of the cabin. Walk down the road and explore our uncrowded beach. This property is the perfect location for the whole family to relax and reconnect. Spend the week at our quiet getaway to utilize our deck and living areas to soak in the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets, storm viewing and whale watching -- we've got it all. Our neighborhood likes turning off our porch lights in the evening to allow for an ultimate star gazing experience. This house features stunning views, cedar walls and updated modern details to help create the ultimate coastal experience. Primary living space and one bedroom located upstairs. There is a large wood burning fireplace in the main room for stormy nights in addition to a smart TV. Downstairs there is a secondary living space / game room and two additional bedrooms. Game room includes TV, foosball table, card table and lots of board games. There are deer, birds, rabbits, seals & whales making appearances at Winema on a regular basis. We hope you enjoy seeing them as much as we do! Beach towels, boogie boards & folding chairs are available for guest usage. Property is built on rock and not in a tsunami zone.
