Sunsets & Serendipity

We have a beautifully finished lower level room in our Post & Beam home located in Dunbarton, NH. Our property has breathtaking westerly views that consistently provide amazing sunsets! Guests can relax on our large porch or near the fire pit to take in the views! Our property is ideal for the couple who wants a private getaway and is planning some day trips in New England. We are approximately 60 miles from Boston & Hampton Beach and just a couple of hours from the White Mountains. A private entrance brings you to our well furnished room which includes a: queen bed, love seat, pub table w/2 stools, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and TV (just local channels) and Blue-Ray player. It is fully carpeted with lots of of New England charm. The private, attached full bath has a tub/shower, toilet and small vanity. There is a flight of stairs leading down to the room from the outside entrance. Guests are permitted to use back deck and the fire pit area. We ask that you inform us prior to using them. More often than not we will be around to assist you with whatever you need. Our home sits on an elevated 3 acre lot with lots of privacy. We have several apple trees that produce a great harvest for applesauce, apple pie filling and fresh pressed cider! If you stay with us between mid-August and early-October, you may be able to see us press the apples. New England is known for its winding back roads and amazing fall foliage. Within an hour from our home, you can be relaxing on Hampton Beach, gaming at Weirs Beach or enjoying a fabulous Italian dinner in Boston. About an hour and a half away, you can take in the sights in Franconia Notch, shop 'til you drop in North Conway or try out the natural water slides along the Kancamagus Highway. That tax amount will be remitted by Airbnb to the State of NH.
