Just minutes from downtown Cincinnati and CVG Airport in a nice residential neighborhood of Covington Kentucky. This is a complete lower level area with kitchen, plenty of space and private entrance. Owner lives in upper level and can provide limited transportation if known in advance at additional cost.Very quite setting. NO SMOKING. There is a microwave only for cooking. No oven or stove use available. The unit has it own entrance. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY Very quite area, extremely safe yet close to everything. 4 miles to Bengals and Reds Stadiums. Close to CVG airport. Entire lower level with private entrance. I can be available most of the time if needed and work close to home. Happy to meet anyone however no need to if not wanted. I'm a single male who is a professional with office nearby. Nice neighborhood with homes from seventies and eighties. great area to run or walk. No parking issues. All public transportation is available to the Northern Ky and Greater Cincinnati area. Bus, Cab, Uber, Lyft etc. Many times owner can provide transportation for additional cost. NO SMOKING. DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AROUND.
