Established neighborhood with friendly, professional neighbors. We live on the property and will be available to answer any questions/concerns. We love hosting long term guests, especially those in the medical field (ask about discounts). We follow COVID-19 cleaning protocols to ensure a germ free environment. Your accommodations will be in a beautiful, private, well lit, very clean large bedroom suite with 1 full size and 1 twin size bed. Access to the suite is via a smart lock. You will have your own heating and cooling unit as well as your own garden patio. A full bathroom is available for your use. WiFi, mini fridge and microwave are available for your use. This space can accommodate 2 adults and a child. Guests have complete access to the bedroom, full bathroom and hallway. Please don't hesitate to contact us via text or email during your stay. We live on the property and will be available to address any concerns We are located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood near I-75 and I 675 in Jonesboro, GA. The Atlanta airport is about 15 minutes away Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Feel free to walk around the neighborhood as we have sidewalks available! Or walk about 1 mile to Clayton County International Park and take advantage of the many nature trails. We are 19 miles from the Mercedes Benz Stadium; 19 miles from Grant Park, Woodruff Park and downtown Atlanta; 20 miles from World of Coca Cola and the Georgia Aquarium; 3 miles from Steve Lindquist Aquatic Center (indoor pool and heated therapy pool); 1.5 miles fro Lake Spivey recreation center (heated pool, bike rental, CrossFit, gym) ; 2 miles from Southlake Mall area with many fast food, supermarkets, sports bars and gas stations. You will need a car to get around. The nearest Marta (subway station) is in either Eastpoint, GA or College Park, GA. which are approximately 15 miles away. If you have a car, please park on the correct side of the street and not in front of the mailbox. If you park facing traffic, you will be ticketed.
