Cozy, private studio apartment in the quiet and historic town of Ossining. The location is close to metro north (Scarborough station), bus stop, shops and some restaurants. The studio is an independent unit attached to the main home. Five minute drive to Phelps Hospital. Ten minutes to PACE university Forty minute train ride to NYC. Close to State Parks, historic Sleepy Hollow, Tarrytown and West-Point. Many hiking options and bike trails nearby. Guests will have private parking on premises. A queen size bed. Access to WIFI. 32’’ TV with cable. The TV has options for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and a long list of other cable channels. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. We provide coffee and tea bags for your convenience. You will also have essentials to prepare a quick meal; salt, Pepper, oil etc.. Guests have access to parking area and front yard area. I like socializing with guests but if they prefer privacy I give them their space. The town of Ossining is a quiet, family oriented town. Ossining is considered a river side town only a three minute drive to a spot where you can seat and enjoy the view of the mighty Hudson River. Easy access to public transportation. 5 minute walk to a bus top 10 minute walk to the Metro North Scarborough station A shopping center with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the apartment. We are a family of 4 (husband two kids and myself) and we live in the attached house. You might hear us from next door and / or see us going in and out of the property.
