We are a traditional bed & breakfast licensed & insured and we have a craft brewery in our backyard. All rooms have their own private bathrooms. Business travelers, honeymoons, babymoons, single travelers, LGBT friendly! Included 5 course breakfast & complimentary drink. Enjoy our wrap around porch, back patio, yard games and brewery pub. Our home is located downtown blocks from all restaurants, pubs, shopping, bowling, fishing, boating, swimming, bike rentals and more... Enjoy a relaxing stay at a licensed Bed & Breakfast. Each morning of your stay, Brenda's famous 5-course breakfast that will fill you up and get your ready for your adventures. No where else in the state can you find a Bed, Breakfast, AND BREWERY! Try incredible new beers brewed in house by brewmaster Ford Pearson and served fresh at the Turning Waters Back Alley Brewing Company. We also serve wine, pizza, ice cream, sodas, and snacks! Walk or bike ride along the Mississippi River, walk to the National Eagle Center (only 3 blocks away), kayak or canoe on the rive (guided tours by Broken Paddle Guiding), ski or snowboard at Coffee Mill Ski Hill (less than 5 minutes drive), go bowling, get a relaxing massage onsite, or go bird watching! Eagles, swans, owls, and many other bird species can be seen in the Wabasha-Kellogg area. There are many local restaurants/bars within walking distance. The Vineyard bedroom includes a queen size bed with closet space including 2 robes for use and ample space to move around the room. Your private bathroom with shower is less than 10 steps down the hall and includes toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, body wash liquid soap, toothpaste, ear plugs and more... We offer small fan and heater incase you like your room cooler or warmer than the entire house. Business travelers, economy travelers, and space to add an air mattress if traveling with a child or young adult. This room is on our first floor. Guests have full use of all common areas of our home including the family living room, with cable TV, Netflix and plenty of DVD's. We have an amazing wrap around front porch with front and side access (using a key pad entry for after-hours). We offer a complimentary glass of wine or beer each night of your stay (21+age) As the owner and innkeeper, I live next door and am available from sunrise to 11:00pm and after hours if late arrival upon approval. Wabasha, MN, is on the Mississippi River and home of hundreds of bird species and bald eagles. We have year round activities and since we are in the heart of down town, you can walk to most restaurants and activities. The National Eagle Center is located blocks away and we have a bowling alley and pizza a block away too. Just 8 miles away in Kellogg, MN, Lark Toys and their hand hard carved working carousal and mini-golf, fudge, toys, books, ice cream and more excitement. Coming in Spring/Summer 2016 is Turning Waters Brewing Company, where we will be brewing our own craftbeer!!!! We have plenty of street parking and you can walk to most of the restaurants. We will offer complimentary limited bicycles for use while staying. We have other rooms as well, but focus on our economy room for (URL HIDDEN) Check out our many Trip Advisor reviews Our main floor area including living room, library room, dining area and front foyer are open to guests for lounging, as well as our front porch and our backyard pub patio. You are a guest in my home and therefore I socialize with guests. If you prefer your privacy, I respect that. Our hospitality is award-winning and nationally recognized! Brenda prepares a homemade 5 course breakfast each morning and serves it to her guests along with stories from around the town and recommendations for adventures. Ford runs the brewery out back and will talk and laugh with you about the hilarious beer names and his incredible craft brews! Around the breakfast table, you'll meet other travelers who can share tips, memories, and recommendation. Wabasha is a considered the Oldest City in Minnesota west of the Mississippi River. We have something to offer all year long. Our home is located one and a half blocks off the river. With the addition of our brewery pub in the back yard, Turning Waters Bed, Breakfast, Adventure & Brewery is a unique place. We are the only B&B with a brewery in Minnesota. We offer on street parking and bicyclists love staying with us. Wabasha currently doesn't have ubers or taxis. You can park on the street except if 3 inches or more of snow fall then there is parking 2 blocks away under the bridge or we have guests park in our back driveway when possible. Our home is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Mississippi River. Located downtown, we are 4 blocks from the National Eagle Center, 2-4 blocks from majority of restaurants, bars and shops. We are across the street from a coffee shop and quilting shop and 2 blocks from our bowling alley. We are within 20-35 minutes of many Minnesota State Parks, hiking trails and biking areas.
