Charming cabin on Big Platte Lake. Wooded, lakefront lot with 100’ of private frontage, dock, canoe, and fire pit. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, fireplace, large deck. Please note the fireplace is not operable and cannot be used. Finally, please help us keep northern Michigan clean by recycling. A recycle bin is located in the laundry area. The historic portion of the cabin is finished in all original cedar. The great room and two of the bedrooms were added in the 1970s, and have the original fun decor. The house is professionally managed by a local couple that live two doors away. Any and all issues will be handled promptly. This is a beautiful part of Big Platte Lake. It is shallow in front of the cabin; perfect for children. Fishing is great on this lake.
