Guest Suite Separated from Main House The space is a built in apartment in the back of my garage. It’s a small space but well lit and comfortable. The garage is the only connecting wall and the entire garage is detached from the main house. It has a full size bed, full kitchen and standing shower. Kitchen has pots and pans and dish ware and a French Press for coffee. Guests will go through the gate in the driveway if nobody is home. It is very important you keep the gate closed behind you so the dogs don’t escape. They bark but max is sweet and friendly. Essie will run from you. There is a walking path to the right of the garage which you will follow to the back of the garage for private entrance into the unit. The unit also has access through the garage. At this time the garage is only used for storage and contains the washer / dryer which you can use if needed. We can meet you to take you to the apartment or you can follow the check in instructions. We do work in the back yard and periodically in the garage so you may see us around. But feel free to say hi! Neighborhood is one of the oldest in Camarillo, with neighbors who have been there for decades. Walking distance to one of the largest soccer fields in the country, as well as downtown camarillo. It's a great place to spend a sunny day watching games or enjoying yourself when unoccupied. Walk to plenty of restaurants downtown, walking distance to the train station as well as Institution Ale Company. Biking path located down in Village in the park. Plenty of Uber options and a bicycle can be made available upon request. Smoking outdoors only and be extra sure to close the gate behind you when you enter or exit. So my dogs don’t get out.
