You'll enjoy this room in a comfortable home which is situated on a treed, one acre lot. It's not uncommon to see lots of beautiful, grazing deer from your window. This large, bright and airy bedroom used to be the master suite before an addition was added to the home. It has a completely PRIVATE bathroom which was recently remodeled. There's also a ceiling fan and a closet in the room. TV was recently upgraded to 50" flat screen with tons of channels to watch. Airbnb guests will have use of our utility kitchen that is set up exclusively for their use. (We have our own kitchen) It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, and commonly used spices and condiments. Coffee and/or tea is complimentary each morning. Guests can use the utility kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and common condiments. Guest kitchen does not have a range oven with a cooktop. I am in and out all day, but am always available by phone. Very close to two train stations that travel into Philadelphia. Route 309 and the PA Turnpike are just a few miles away. Robyn's Nest is also 20 minutes from Merck, and 5-10 minutes from Cobham, depending on traffic. There is a super Walmart and a Giant grocery store just three minutes away. There are also restaurants galore all within a 5-15 minutes drive. We can tell you about our favorites. We have a very lovable six pound Maltese. He absolutely loves people and is the cutest little guy ever! Depending on booking demand, there may be other guests staying in two of the other rooms, but there will never be more than three people who may be using the common areas. (Most likely less) Your bath is completely private.
