There are kids in the home. We do keep them out of the living spaces above the Airbnb apartment until at least 8am and none of them are here every day. You will have your own private apartment with a private entrance. We live in the home and are available if needed. Location: We are within walking distance of CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Shaw's, Stop & Shop, Starbucks and George Howell, bakeries, restaurants, banks, rail/bus transportation to downtown Boston. Bus route to Brandeis. Very walkable, quiet, affluent neighborhood. Area information: parks, hiking / cycling trails, bicycle rental, playground. We love it here and hope you will, too! Car, bike, transport or feet! PARKING: There is no overnight parking on street Dec 1 - March 1 so a guest spot can be made available in the driveway overnight. Driveway parking in winter if needed from 11pm to 6.30am, tandem with owner. It is not convenient to shuffle cars. Please park on our quiet one-way street during other months and during the daytime. No smoking of any kind. Queen sized bed. Crib sized mattress for a child. This is a newly renovated apartment. New carpet as of Jul 2021. New HVAC heating and cooling as of 2020. Long term renters: For solo occupants, monthly rent will be charged at $1,850/month. For 2 person occupancy, $2,200/month. This includes all utilities, snow removal etc. I do ask that heat stays at 65 if you are out for the day/night, to conserve energy.
