The street is a quiet cul-de-sac with little traffic. Walking/biking path 1/2 block away. Please note that during summer months we will be gardening in our back yard without any interruption to your interior residence. No more than a couple of hours to water and weed our garden. NO PARTIES ALLOWED AS THIS IS A VERY QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE TOWN ORDINANCES ARE VERY STRICT. When not rented this is my personal residence.
