Includes a private yard for camp fires and barbecues, with a fire-pit and charcoal grill. Sit outside and read or enjoy dinner along the porch, and watch the sunset on a newly constructed observation deck! The wrap-around porch faces the lake and is perfect to relax and catch up on some reading or napping. The kitchen comes fully stocked, so leave all your pots and pans at home. You'll have full access to the house and property, which includes an observation deck a short walk from the house, and as far as you can walk on the beach. Our parking space allows up to three cars. The property is located on a private, unpaved road, facing Lake Ontario. The 15 seasonal homes are occupied during the warmer months, and the area maintains a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The house is a short 10 min drive to the heart of Oswego, with a wonderful grocer Ontario Orchards less than 5 mins away. Fair Haven is 15mins away with a great State Park. The parking space can comfortably fit 3 vehicles. The house runs on a well, and depending on the season there might be a faint sulfur smell in the water which is harmless but noticeable. Quiet after 10pm as there are year-round residents in the area.
