This entire renovated 680 sq. ft. single floor, one bedroom guest unit has a comfortable King size bed, revamped bathroom, and quaint living lounge that can be used like a bedroom. We have a twin size daybed This is located in the lounge area. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the feel of your own kitchen area with a cup of tea or coffee. Dining area sits up to four. Privacy is totally respected without internal access by the main house. We are a Smoke Free Airbnb inside premises and outside in yard areas. Perfect for people who have allergies. Whether you're out for a day of shopping, dining with friends or running a quick errand, our Camarillo Village Square has it all: Starbucks, Rite Aid, Sprouts, Planet Fitness, UPS etc. (approximately 0.9 miles) WiFI, Apple TV, Roku (Smart TV) (The internet may not be used for illegal activity) Although the guest apartment shares a wall with the main house, this unit is completely separated like a duplex apartment. We are nearby for any questions, but you won't see us unless you need some assistance. However, all communication will be through Airbnb’s Message Center, which is the best system to get ahold of us. We encourage people to get the Airbnb App on their mobile devices for communication. IDENTIFICATION If you haven’t set up a Profile Photo of yourself on Airbnb ( we recommend strongly that you do for logistical purposes), please be prepared to show us your government Identification to confirm that you are the person that has set up the arrangement for your Airbnb stay. ( The only exception is for corporate stays that have in advanced set up employee reservations.) This is a lovely, quiet family neighborhood which is great for long relaxing walks. A mile walk to Camarillo Village Square where restaurants, grocery shopping and the local Starbucks are at hand. We ask that Quiet Hours begin at 10 pm since this is a family neighborhood. (Parties not allowed). Feeling adventurous? The Camarillo Amtrek is 1.2 miles away. Uber and Lyft are active in these parts of town.
