New Duplex Experience The Excitement of McPherson

This duplex is located in a new neighborhood. There is a biking/walking trail just out the back door. A bicycle is available for your use. The community has much to offer with great places to eat. The downtown shopping is amazing with many unique shops. Enjoy fishing, golfing and many other sports at the two parks. The downtown area hosts an opera house! Summer time brings swimming and outdoor movies for the family. Come join the excitement of McPherson! It is worth the stay. The kitchen is fully furnished for your convenience. Laundry room is available in house for those unknowns. If you enjoy biking there is a bicycle to enjoy. For the smaller folks a small soda shoppe table is in the living area just their size. Feel free to use it outside for a picnic. Upon request i have also provided child proof dishes for our younger guests. There is also a charcoal grill and utensils for your outdoor cooking. The house is set up for those needing bigger bathrooms and space. All doorways are larger to allow for wheelchairs. There are no steps to deal with. You are provided with a code for the front door. No keys to worry about! You have access to the whole duplex. There is a single car attached garage for your use. Extra parking is on the street. I am always available for any issues that may arise. Walgreen's is just a mile away.There are many awesome coffee shops all within a five minute drive. Be sure to check them out! If you are looking for a bar and grill McPherson is home to 12 or more.Lakeside park is a great park to go walking, fishing, just relaxing. Big play areas for the kids. You are just 5 minutes from the sports complex. So those summer baseball tournaments will be a breeze! You are just 2 1/2 miles from Interstate 135. Take exit 60 to begin this awesome journey!
