Street free parking; small (friendly) dog is on the premises. Private back yard and porch are right outside the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, close to UD to be convenient, but not right near student housing. UD Stadium is a 20 minute walk away. Bike routes are nearby, the freeway is also very close. Many Grub Hub, Postmates, and other food delivery options also available.
