King-sized Suite in charming Bedford home for one Guest. Nearby shopping, CMC and Elliot Hospitals, Bedford Village Inn, Manchester Country Club, Colleges, hiking, 50 minutes to beach, Boston, White Mtns. Private bathroom, Cable TV, Internet, work station, mini fridge w/ freezer. Two friendly house cats (Max and Ruby) live on the premises. Perfect for full-time travel nurses, doctors, students, college interns, sales, etc. Not suitable for children. Welcome to your home away from home. Your keyless entry king size suite includes a very comfortable pillow top mattress dressed w/ fine linens, a desk and chair, plenty of space to store your clothes in the dressers and the open closet w/ hangers. A 42" flat screen tv w/cable and internet are included for your entertainment and a mini fridge w/ freezer is provided. The ceiling fan is modern and will keep you comfortable. The house temperature is kept at 68 degrees. Central air is used only during the summer season. When you enter the house through the car port, please remove shoes in the kitchen. Take your first right through the living room, then take a left. Your bedroom is on the right. There is a keyless lock on your bedroom door. Your suite includes a small, but efficient master bathroom including a shower, sink and toilet. If you are a very large person, please do not consider this space as the bathroom will be too small for you (noted from experience w/ prior guest). Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided for your convenience. Guests will have a mini refrigerator/ freezer in their room, however, may use the shared kitchen's microwave, toaster and Keurig. Stove/ oven not available to guests. Most guests tend to buy fully prepped meals at Whole Foods/ Trader Joe’s or take-out from nearby restaurants. Laundry available by appointment for small fee. Host lives in the house and is available via text. Quiet, clean, safe neighborhood close to market, shopping, restaurants, etc. Note, you will hear traffic during commuter hours, after that it is quiet. Car, taxi or Uber is recommended. Only ten minutes to the Manchester Regional Airport w/ access to car rentals, 50 minutes to Boston Airport. It is about a 20 minute walk to the grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Five minute drive to the Bedford Village Inn, the Copper Door or Manchester Country Club. Bikes for rent: Two bicycles available to rent at your own risk. One is a road bike, the other is a mountain bike. Price is $20 per four hours, per bike. These are my bikes so if you do rent them, please take care of them as if they were your own. Helmet included with bike rental. I received my Super Host Award in July, 2018. Early arrivals: May check in after 1 PM for a fee of $20 Late departures: After 11 AM, $20 fee I want your stay to be comfortable, so please let me know if there is anything you need, within reason. I do have Instant Booking with check-in available until 10 PM, however, I may make exceptions for a later check-in if I’m still awake.
