Big Yellow House - Master Suite

One of four rooms available in my home in an older and quaint part of Modesto. I provide everything you need for a comfortable stay including a comfy King-size bed, private bathroom with shower and tub and double sink, walk-in closet, wi-fi. This room is the Master Suite. It is very roomy and yet cozy. Guests have shared access to the kitchen, living room, front patio, and backyard and back porch. I leave the house around 6 am, and I am usually home by 5 pm. Messaging me through Airbnb is the best way to get in contact with me. This is a very pleasant neighborhood with tree-lined streets, unique houses, and friendly neighbors. Mostly you will need a car to get around, but many key areas are within walking distance such as Roseburg Square, Doctor's Hospital, and the park. Other guests are in the house so it is expected that everyone respect other people's property. Please come and go quietly. Alcoholic beverages are permitted, but drunken behavior is not. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Do not park across the street.
