Wadley House is located in the Quality Hill Historic District blocks from downtown. Near UAMS and Wadley Hospital. Restaurants & entertainment within blocks. It’s an old home in an older neighborhood that is making a comeback. We’re just a phone call away if you need anything. Private entrance to apartment. Guests and travel nurses will have access to private apartment, but shared access to washer and dryer. Fully furnished for the perfect stay. Kitchen includes oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Stocked kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV/internet(no cable or satellite). Large porch and shared gazebo to enjoy nice weather. There is a private foyer and stairs that lead up to a private sitting area. Through the door you have a bathroom, kitchen/dining room, one bedroom with a double (full) size bed and a sunporch with a daybed (twin size). Both of these beds are in your private apartment. We provide a dumpster in the alley behind the house for trash disposal. ABSOLUTELY NO parties or unregistered guests. No children under the age of 13. Private entrance to apartment. We own several properties in the neighborhood and live nearby. We are just a phone call or text away. There are several historic churches and other landmarks within walking distance. Walmart and other grocery stores within 3 miles. Easy access to Hwy 82, Hwy 71, and Hwy 67. Interstates 30, 49, and 69 within minutes. Amtrak station is five blocks down and seven blocks over. Uber and Lyft are available in town. The Texarkana Chamber of Commerce offers an audio driving tour of the historic district. Local bus service is provided by the Texarkana Urban Transit District and there is a stop one block away. The Texarkana Museum System has bicycles for rent and is just blocks away.
