It has a small yard but can park 4 cars comfortably. No stairs to the lake, small beach area and retaining wall. Patio with grill right off the water. Large flag dock, boat hoist available right at the property. Everything but the shed. Very available and if they don't get me I have alternate contacts always available. Beyond just enjoying the lake this area has a lot to offer. You can rent kayaks 2 roads North of the home and they deliver. Then you will find yourself in the center of the Seneca Lake wine trail, Keuka college in Penn Yan, NY 15 mins away, Hobart and William Smith colleges 20 mins away, Watkins Glen 20 Mins away. Glenora 7 miles south. The Decoy restaurant 10 mins away, outstanding food! The Windmill is a farmers market on Saturday that is also 10 mins away, towards Penn Yan.
