Just across the street from a city park with tennis courts, putt-putt golf, walking trails, volleyball, public swimming pool, and playgrounds. Hipster cool space! Designed for travelers needing an easy and quiet space with all the amenities. Enjoy a fridge stocked with 2 beers, bottled waters and creamer for your coffee. Electronic keyless access for ease of check in. Private parking for one car. We live close by so call us if you need anything! We don't live in this home but will check in with you to make sure you arrived and got into the property without a hitch. Other than that, we are available via text and will not interrupt you during your stay! The Artist Loft is located across the street from War Memorial Park. Enjoy the summer concert series, Putt Putt Golf, a Large public Swimming Pool, playground, and picnic areas. Just a short walk from downtown Martinsburg where you will find Boyds Restaurant, The Apollo Civic Theater, and local shopping. It's worth a look. The Artist Loft is within walking distance to the Marc Train. Catch a quick ride into Washington, DC or take a 30 minute ride to Historic Shepherdstown or Harpers Ferry. Visit our museums and touch the past in an area that abounds with history. The Artist Loft is the top living level of the Sweet Cape Cod at the Park Airbnb. The downstairs space is another AirBNB called The Sweet Cape Cod at the Park. The owner does not live in the property. Plan on sleeping well in this quiet loft area.
