Queen Bedroom on main floor with 55" Smart TV 3. Bunk Bedroom - 2 sets (four beds total)on main floor. 4. Bathroom with tub on main floor at the end of the hall, (between Queen Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom. Two Decks: 1. Lake View Deck with a small table and 4 chairs, two comfortable cushioned chairs, BBQ and Umbrella. 2. Forest View Deck with a large table with 6 chairs and comfortable patio furniture for larger group. Stair walkway to front door. Guest interaction Keypad entry, available by text or phone. *UPDATE: Unfortunately, the Lake Arrowhead Association has just made a change to keep lake access completely private. It has always been a private lake, but in the past we were able to let our guests access the lake. Now, the only way in the future that guests from any vacation rental can access the lake is through the Arrowhead Queen Boat Excursions or McKenzie Water Ski School. FREE KAYAK = Guests with a truck or overhead rack are welcome to use our kayak at Lake Gregory.(a short 15 minute drive), *Guests are welcome to use our kayak for FREE - with $50, completely refundable deposit. *The FEE to launch your own hard-bottom kayak in the lake is $13/day and can be paid at the San Moritz Lodge. Lake kayaking launch fees can now be made at the San Moritz Lodge daily from 7:30 AM to 10 AM and from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM. and allows guests to launch a kayak. Fishing Lake Gregory offers the sport of fishing. A California state fishing license is required to fish.
