Bay cottage - best sunset you will ever see!

This renovated bay side home offers brilliant sunsets, cozy furnishings, an outdoor shower, parking, and is just over a mile to the quaint town of Stone Harbor. The bay has high tide twice per day and also drains during the day at low tide. Renovations include: new stainless steel appliances, modernized bathroom, new windows & hardwood floors. The outdoor deck and dock are furnished with comfy couches and dining tables. There is also an outdoor shed. 2022 has many improvements! See photos. Please note that the bathroom does not have a bathtub. It is a shower only. I am available 24x7 to assist you during your stay. The front yard of the home is stone and allows for parking (up to 4 cars). I will provide 4 beach tags for access to the public beach.
