Roen Room - The Cottonwood Inn Bed & Breakfast

The Roen Room is a room that sleeps 4 guests. Perfect for a family. It has a queen bed and a trundle bed that is two twin beds. This room is unique to the Inn as it has a front room with the queen the bed and a back room which was once a sitting room that has the trundle bed. The room has a private bathroom with a custom built stand up shower. The room also has an Air conditioner, Flat screen t.v. and wifi. Its a large space in an old Victorian Farmhouse with a blend of old and new furnishings. There is an antique claw foot tub. Guests are welcome to enjoy a large inside porch for relaxing, reading a book or enjoying a local cup of coffee. Also, guests are welcome to enjoy outside seating and watching the local wildlife. Guests are able to text or call me with any questions or concerns. I don't reside on site but I am there most everyday in the morning until early afternoon. I am happy to answer any questions or concerns that anyone may have. The Cottonwood Inn is located in the heart of Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. Voted most Beautiful Place in America in 2012 by Good Morning America. There are endless outdoor activities for any age person. The Empire Beach is within minutes as well as many hiking trails, beaches, rivers for kayaking, tubing, SUP or canoeing. Wineries, golfing and a 27 mile hard surfaced bike trail within a short distance from the Inn that winds through the Sleeping Bear Dunes. No public transportation nearby. Guests that chose the Cottonwood Inn will be staying in the heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes where there is endless outdoor places to explore.
