The ROOST: Modern Guest Barn Retreat★2Bed 2Bath

Experience our endearing guest barn located on unique rural acreage boasting modern decor and amenities. The main floor features a gas fireplace, chefs kitchen, home gym with Murphy bed and stunning bathroom. Upstairs enjoy the massive leather sectional, 65" TV, popcorn station, spacious bathroom with washer & dryer, and a comfy leather sofa sleeper that easily tucks away when not in use. Other amenities include outdoor eating area, pizza grill, and passport to garden, orchard and fire pit. Great care has been taken to provide everything you should need during your stay. Guests access the barn via a key-less entry. A code will be given prior to arrival. The kitchen will be stocked with essentials for meal prep: cookware, spices, oils and a variety of pantry items. Guests have free access to pick from the garden and the orchard (when in season); relax around the fire pit while roasting marshmallows or sipping a glass of complementary wine. If you have kiddos they can play on Poobah's Wonderland, a fun play structure built by my husband that is located near the barn. Also available: Pack-n-Play, infant car seat, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, washer & dryer with detergent and dryer sheets, and extra set of linens for both beds. The home gym is equipped with a stationary bike, elliptical, jump ropes, bands, yoga mats, a small trampoline and an impressive hula-hoop. There is a Smart TV in the gym with access to your favorite workout channels. My husband and I live on the property and when we aren't golfing, traveling or visiting the grands, you may see us out and about doing something creative or maintaining the property. We will make every effort to be open and welcoming while still giving you privacy. The barn is only 1/2 mile from Purple Sage Golf Course and within minutes to several prestigious Idaho wineries. Caldwell's newly renovated downtown features a movie theater, up-and- coming restaurants, unique shops and a winter ice skating rink. The College of Idaho is a short distance from the Roost and we would love to host C of I families and alumni! We are located 30 minutes from beautiful downtown Boise Enjoy biking, hiking, golfing, wine tasting, skiing and the abundance that Idaho has to offer all within a short drive from The Roost! We are located 30 minutes from the Boise airport with quick access to the freeway. Parking is available near the barn. Since we are rural, there are many quaint areas to walk or bike. There are a few nearby lakes available for kayaking, and the Boise greenbelt is popular for biking and walking as well. I can provide you with more specifics depending on your interests. Guests will need to provide their own transportation to and from The Roost.
