Bring the whole clan, including your furry friends (2 dogs max: no kitties-SEE HOUSE RULES FOR PET FEES), to a place oozing with Southern charm and traditional comforts. Lounge on wicker furniture in a sunny sitting room, have breakfast in the beautiful garden or make s'mores around the fire pit. There are so many living areas, you'll be able to find some private time...or gather together in the great room for TV and movies. Brand, spanking new master bath renovation completed in March 2021 so be prepared to 'spa' it when you get here! This home is 2800 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and an office, all on the second floor. The huge master is a private getaway and includes a gas fireplace in the bedroom, a large sitting room with tray ceiling, and an en suite master bath which hosts a garden tub with separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds. A second full bath with a large, tiled shower serves the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The laundry room is also conveniently located near the bedrooms. For the smallest of munchkins there is a Pack 'n Play and a child gate which can be used upstairs or downstairs. Please repack the Pack ‘n Play after using as I had to consult YouTube to figure it out! The open-concept kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a gas-powered stove and double oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could ask for: dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, dish towels, etc. All towels and linens are included. The family room and the Master have gas fireplaces and there are two large smart TVs, one in the family room and one in the Master bedroom sitting room. The front yard has a small covered porch, and the driveway can fit 4 cars parked 2x2. The backyard is fully fenced, private, and beautifully landscaped with a stone firepit and 4 Adirondack chairs. There is also a Weber gas grill, an outdoor dining area and an outdoor lounge area. As a booked guest, you will have full access to the entire home; this is not a shared property. This home includes a lock box on the front porch which holds the key that opens both the front and back doors. I am available for any questions via phone/text or airbnb messaging and am staying locally. The house is in the bustling town of Fort Mills SC. It's on a quiet cul-de-sac in a family-oriented community where everyone's friendly yet busy with their own lives. Tons of restaurants and shops are close by. Ballantyne is 15 minutes away, and Uptown Charlotte, just 40 minutes. Not close to public transportation, but convenient to all major highways. This part of Fort Mill, called Indian Land, has a new 310,000 sq. ft. retail shopping area with restaurants and theater complex called Redstone less than 5 miles away on 521. There is a second huge retail shopping complex under construction with many stores already open called Carolina Promenade. Just 5 minutes further to Ballantyne for more great shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 35-45 minutes to Charlotte Douglas International Airport. -This is a great family neighborhood; there are sidewalks for strolling, and there's a lovely pond to walk around. -The house is equipped with Comporium expanded cable and hi-speed WiFi (supports device streaming). -When booking, please let me know if you are bringing a pet-dogs only. I do collect an additional fee of $50.00 per pet which will cover the cost of cleaning for future guests that may be allergic. Once a reservation is complete, I will alter the reservation to include the pet fee. -The house is family-friendly but not necessarily childproofed. -The house is a primary residence, so you can expect pantries and closets to be partially full. You will have plenty of room for your belongings, and feel free to borrow a cup of sugar! Coffee and tea are on me! -Nightly, weekly & monthly rates include all taxes that apply. The driveway holds four cars and there is no overnight parking on the street. Any extra cars will have to be parked at the amenity center near the front of the neighborhood.
