Charming Private Apartment in Atchison

Charming upstairs apartment in a lovely older home (private entrance). Apartment is tastefully furnished with plenty of room for five people. There are two queen beds and 1 futon all in separate rooms. The apartment has central heat and air, wifi, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, iron, towels, sheets, bedding, and smart TV (Netfix included). Benedictine College, 1020 North 2nd Street, is 2 miles or 5 minute drive. The apartment is the upstairs of a large older home (private entrance). There are four large rooms. The fully stocked kitchen is on the south side of the house with lots of sun. The first bedroom and livingroom on the North. The 2nd bedroom has a view out the front of the house. 5th Street has quick access to Walmart and to downtown Atchison over the 5th Street viaduct. There is plenty of street parking and 5th street is extra wide. The 2nd floor is accessed by private entrance on south side (left side looking at house). You have access to the entire 2nd floor. Please don't go in the attic. Please let me know when you plan to arrive. Thank you. The apartment is in a residential area with broad streets. There's lots of on street parking. Please do not block the alley. Willies has great American food and is only a few blocks away on N 7th and Commercial. Mr. G's has the best lunch menu and is down on Main Street. Grocery store just a few blocks away on N4th. Go to (Website hidden by Airbnb) to view Atchison's city calendar, local restaurants, and activities. Check with Atchison YMCA on swim times in their indoor swimming pool only three blocks away. Go next door to the Atchison Public Library to see their kids activity center and teen computer area. When you book, please send me your approximate time of arrival. Please be aware that there is an older lady living below. Please no parties and quiet hours are 11AM - 6AM.
