Minutes from the Historic Erie Canal Corridor and 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. This suite allows for total privacy from the rest of the house. Includes a lovely full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and full bath. Enjoy additional comfort with your choice of chairs, loveseat/recliners and sofa. You can enjoy a small meal by yourself or include up to five other guests at a full dining room drop-leaf table & chairs. You can even step outside into your private secluded patio. Do you want a little more space? Walk up the stairs to the beautifully landscaped back yard complete with waterfall feature and enjoy the base of the Niagara Escarpment. A keypad lock allows access any time for this suite which includes a full kitchen, living room, bath and bedroom. Laundry room is available upon request as well as additional living space upstairs - just check out our Welcome Retreat space. Guests can make their own meals or join us for breakfast upstairs. Faye makes yummy cookies and blueberry coffee cake. There are also some nice places to eat and we can show you the way to a few favorite places of our own. The Lockport Guest Suite is in a quiet cul-de-sac with lovely neighbors and lots of parking. Our lot is at the base of the Niagara Escarpment which stretches for miles East & West and eventually makes Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls. Be sure to plan a visit to the newly renovated Erie Canal Locks and Museum. Do you like to visit small wineries? They're literally right down the road! And you simply must visit our favorite ice cream spot - Lake Effect Artisan Ice Cream: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Historic architecture? - minutes away right here in Lockport or short drive to Buffalo. Uber and Lyft are available as well as public transportation in the City of Lockport. Faye and I own a West Highland Terrier but if you stay in the Guest Suite you may not meet him. He is friendly though, and you might enjoy your meeting. If you have any concerns about the dog, simply let us know and we can be sure to keep him a safe distance away.
