Magical Home in Santa Clarita/Newhall

Our home is close to Magic Mountain, Cal Arts, many parks, great views and restaurants. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). The house has 3 large bedrooms; king in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a full on the bottom - twin on the top bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is a queen hideabed in the living room. The paseos that run through the city are great for walking and biking. The hikes are wonderful also up Pico or Towsley Canyons. This home is very unique and is decorated comfortably. You will have everything you need for an amazing vacation in Santa Clarita. Access to all rooms in the home. The backyard has wonderful views to the canyons. The patio inspires outdoor living. We will have no interaction with guests. We have a home caretaker who you can call in case of emergency. Our son and daughter-in-law live around the corner also if there is something you need help with. We live in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood. The neighbors are great. The garage is not available for parking. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and some street parking.
